T-Bone and Bubb do their first show outside the familiar Bubb studio as the show moves to T-Bone's house and they talk about Ron Johnson's new business "Enjoy". However, a slight mix up on the name leads T-Bone to recount a story of an encounter with another well-known RJ. They also discuss the topic of developers making or not making money in the Mac App Store and then move onto to the new Kurt Cobain documentary "Montage of Heck". App of the Week almost closes the show, but then a quick digital exchange of cash happens on the air through PayPal.

T-Bone and Bubb talk about Jean-Louis Gassee's recent article on the inherent problem with tech reviews as well as their own Apple Watch try-on experiences and purchases. They revisit some of last week's content discussing Alec Helm's appearance and welcoming Cho back to the producer's chair. Episode 23 - Guest Producer Alec Helm

T-Bone and Bubb talk to director Alec Helm about his new short film Letterbox. Alec talks about his process of integrating 2D animation with live-action film, as well as the filmmaking process from cameras to software to set building to finalizing his movie and where to go from there. Reddit comes up again as Alec (a self-admitted Redditor) tries again to sell it to the Old Guys and they talk about social media's role in branding and self-promotion. Finally, Alec explains how commercials work from the perspective of the director.

Episode 21 - Use the Beta, Lose Your... Just Don't Use the Beta

T-Bone and Bubb start the show by discussing reluctance to upgrade to current software, the impact of not updating, and the beauty of erasing your computer or phone. Then the guys move on to discuss Nintendo characters finally coming to the iOS platform and what this and Nintendo's upcoming NX mean for the future of the company. Next, the Old Guys try a new segment called Mail Bag, as they (woefully) attempt to unravel the mystery of storing photos on iCloud. A live call and a short discussion of Emojis ensues, and then the show is closed out with a little autocorrect discussion and of course Apps of the Week.

Episode 20 - Flipping the Classroom

T-Bone and Bubb start the show by revisiting ResearchKit and Reddit with some updated opinions after looking a bit deeper into both topics. Then they move on to their first ever in-studio interview with technology integration teacher Pam Dobson, who explains her job and talks about how technology is changing the modern classroom. Finally, the guys discuss Meerkat, a live broadcasting app which, despite having been on the App Store for less than a month, has caught the attention of the tech media in a big way. Bonus, special guest Pam also offers up her own App of the Week.

T-Bone and Bubb talk about Apple's keynote, beginning with a cheaper AppleTV, HBO at $15/month, and the beginning of the end for cable. Then they move on to discuss the new MacBook and Jony Ive, before getting into Apple Watch pricing and details. Next they talk about dead and dying technologies including printing on paper, and the up-and-coming world of 3D printing. Finally, they follow up on last week's bet about time spent on reddit and say goodbye as Aperture and iPhoto unceremoniously bite the dust.

Finally, Bubb shares his current troubles with hijacked accounts as he promotes security for all through two-step verification.

They also discuss SNL's recent 40th anniversary, and bemoan SNL’s app, then reminisce about the TRS-80 before moving on to discuss the fall of Radio Shack and AOL dial up. Finally, the guys touch on the idea of in-app ads and whether or not they work at all.
